Varzene Metal founded in 2007 in the field of Superalloys to meet the needs of the aviation, defense, and medical sectors in Turkey, Varzene Metal has filled a significant supply gap by offering highly specialized metals such as titanium, nickel alloys, and special stainless steels used in the aerospace and chemical industries, earning the sector's appreciation. By introducing and supplying the most advanced technological materials such as shape memory alloys, tungsten-containing cobalt alloys, and molybdenum hafnium carbide to the sector for the first time in Turkey, Varzene Metal has created substantial added value through the correct use of materials.

As a producer of Nickel and Cobalt-based Super Alloys, Duplex, Super Duplex and Super austenitic stainless steels, High-Speed Steels, and Tool Steels, the application areas of Varzene Metal's wide range of special steels include the Oil and Natural Gas Industry, Aviation, Medical, and Defense Industries.

Operating in the most specialized areas of Metallurgy and Materials Science, Varzene Metal successfully started the cold drawing process of metals such as nickel alloys, high-speed steels, and duplex steels in 2012, becoming the first company in Turkey to produce these metals through cold drawing.

In 2020, it commissioned Turkey's first boutique integrated facility for strategic metals at its factory in Izmir Aliağa. As a result, all superalloys, which were previously imported with long lead times and great difficulties, began to be produced in an integrated manner and in semi-finished forms. Among the capabilities of the facility is the production of tool steels not manufactured in our country. In 2021, the company experienced a partnership, which was terminated in 2024 when a slowdown in the innovation that forms the essence of the company was observed. Returning to its founding principles and meritocratic operations, the company continued on its path. In line with this approach, the country's first special rolling mill for superalloys was commissioned, strengthening integrated production capabilities.

Today, Varzene Metal, operating with its production facilities on a 20,000-square-meter area and a specialized engineering team, provides 24-hour service to the most specialized areas of the Turkish Metal Industry, such as aerospace, defense, medical, maritime, and automotive sectors. It is the only center in Turkey that produces special metal alloys and superalloys. Additionally, with these production capabilities, it has become one of the few companies in the world that can be counted on one hand.
