1.4876 / Alloy 800 / Incoloy 800 / 1.4958 / 1.4959 is an austenitic, heat resistant nickel-iron-chromium solid solution alloy with a controlled content of carbon, aluminum, titanium, silicon and manganese levels and (Al + Ti). It has good toughness and outstanding stability to oxidation and carbonization at high temperatures, as well as good corrosion resistance to many aqueous solutions. Material 1.4876 / Alloy 800 / Incoloy 800 / 1.4958 / 1.4959 material also has an austenitic structure stable at high temperatures.

The Al + Ti content is limited to a maximum of 0.7% to prevent a strength attenuation between 500 and 700 ° C. It has good resistance to oxidizing, reducing and nitriding environments and changing oxidizing and carburizing conditions. It has metallurgical stability in long-term use at high temperatures.
