2.4630 / Alloy 75 is a nickel-based superalloy mainly consisting of nickel and chromium. 2.4630 / Alloy 75 consists of approximately 80% nickel and 20% chromium elements. In addition to nickel and chromium elements, this super alloy also contains small amounts of titanium and carbon elements, and through these elements, the material has extra strength and durability. Developed in the mid-1940s, the 2.4630 / Alloy 75 was generally designed for use in jet engine blades in the first years of its manufacture. Today, this superalloy continues to be used in many turbine blades. Also known as Haynes 75 / Nimonic 75 / Nicrofer 7520, this material is also widely used in some important parts in heat treatment furnaces and heating equipment of the heat treatment furnace.
This material, also shown as W. Nr. 2.4951, has considerably good mechanical strength, and is resistant and resistant to oxidation even at high temperatures. 2.4630 / Alloy 75 is widely used and preferred in many parts of nuclear engineering applications and sheet material production facilities.
